Round three of the BRCA E-Buggy and Truggy National Championship was held at the JC Raceway track in Cleobury Mortimer, UK. In the E-buggy class it was Joni Skidmore (Agama) who took the overall TQ and also the win from his team mate Darren Bloomfield in second, leaving competition for championship tight between them, with two rounds left.
In the Truggy class, after three rounds of qualification it was Matt Lewis (Team Associated) who grabbed the TQ. Jon Hazlewood (Agama) once again had a good race with Jack Embling (SWORKz), with little between them on pace around the super flowing track. As the final minutes of the 30 minute main clicked by disaster struck Embling and he had to retire. This left Hazlewood to cruise round for the last couple of minutes and he duly took the chequered flag, his first national win since 2014. Ashley Owen (Agama) rounded out the podium in third.
